Oil on canvas. Late 17th century, early 18th century.
According to the traditional iconography, the Penitent Magdalene is depicted with tears in her eyes, long loose hair, partially undressed, holding close to herself a small jar of ointment with which she anointed Jesus in the biblical episode.
Condition of preservation very good, it shows no defects to report. Patinated, with slight signs of aging.
